Mistress Zimia teaches ranged weapons and archery at the Academy. She is a fun-loving and good natured halfling. No bet that Zimia has undertaken has been lost. The most famous example of this is a bet that she could not spear as many apples with her arrows as her competitor, a pompous half elf archer. When the competition began, Zimia whistled and a troupe of halflings appeared, who all proceeded to grab her arrows, climb the tree and spear apples. She continued firing with her bow and won with three times as many apples as the half elf. The competitor walked off in a huff, but the next day, 2 apple pies arrived at his door with her arrows stuck in them. The two have been friends ever since, but he does not bet against her prowess with the bow any longer.
